A booking is confirmed only once a date has been accepted in writing and any deposit has been received. Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking.

For civil marriages, a Notice of Intended Marriage must be lodged at least one calendar month and no more than eighteen months before the ceremony date.

Fees are confirmed in writing after the initial consultation. A deposit secures your date and the balance is payable before the ceremony.

Travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area is quoted separately based on distance and whether accommodation is required.

If you need to change your date, I will do my best to accommodate it subject to availability. Cancellation terms and any refund of deposit are set out in your booking confirmation.

In the rare event that I cannot attend due to illness or emergency, I will arrange a suitably qualified replacement celebrant and refund any difference in fees.

An online Islamic Nikkah is a religious marriage only and does not create a legally recognised marriage under Australian law.

Islamic divorce documentation is religious documentation and does not replace a divorce order made by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Counselling provided is supportive and faith-conscious. It is not a substitute for clinical psychological or psychiatric treatment, and referrals will be suggested where appropriate.
