Civil Marriage

As a Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant I can solemnise your marriage anywhere in Australia, at your home, your venue, a garden or a registry-style setting. The ceremony is written with you, so the words spoken on the day sound like you rather than a template.

I lodge and hold your Notice of Intended Marriage, check your identity and eligibility documents, include the wording the Marriage Act requires, and register the marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages afterwards.

Australian law requires the notice to be lodged at least one calendar month before the ceremony, so the earlier we speak, the more flexibility you have with dates.
