Relationship & Prospective Marriage Visa Support

Celebrant documentation for couples whose marriage plans sit alongside a visa application.

An official marriage register open on a ceremony table

A Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) application generally requires evidence that you and your partner intend to marry within the visa period. As your celebrant I can complete and hold your Notice of Intended Marriage and provide the accompanying celebrant letter confirming the intended ceremony and date.

Couples applying for a partner or spouse visa are often asked to evidence a religious marriage that was not registered in Australia. Where I have conducted or can verify the Nikkah, I can provide a signed letter confirming the ceremony, the date, the parties, the witnesses and my capacity.

Letters are only issued where I can genuinely verify the facts, and I will ask for the underlying documentation first. I am a marriage celebrant, not a migration agent, so I provide the celebrant documentation only and will refer you to a registered migration agent for advice on the application itself.

Celebrant documentation only. I am not a registered migration agent and do not provide migration advice.
