Islamic Divorce Services

Separation is difficult, and the paperwork should not add to it. I guide both parties through the Islamic process, prepare the religious documentation, and record the matter properly so it can be relied on later.

Matters are handled privately and without judgement. Where one party is overseas, or the parties do not wish to meet, consultations and documentation can be completed online.

Please note that Islamic divorce documentation is separate from a civil divorce granted by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Where a civil divorce is also required, I will explain how the two run alongside each other.
